I should have learned from the first experience but I guess I didn't. Set an appointment with Twin City to have my microwave looked at for Friday morning, but they called and said they had a scheduling mix up and asked to move it to that afternoon which was an inconvenience for me but I agreed. After confirming the appointment twice, once by the person at the store and once by automated phone call, they were a no show. No call explaining why they couldn't show, they just didn't show up. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE SORRY.I waited 5 times no show finally they came waited forever for part that did not fix the problem they came put old part back on .Finally I called after 3 months of waiting A-1 app they said it couldn’t be fixed and fridgaire gave us a new one and should had 3 months ago.
