I scheduled my appointment two weeks prior. I showed up at 7 AM. Nobody was in the clinic, everything was still closed. I called the number of business and apparently they forgot that they even scheduled me for an appointment. I waited for 45 MINUTES for the practitioner. I want to support small business but this isn’t the way to conduct a business. Lack of care or respect for their clients time. Very disappointing.

I see my acupuncturist, Carrie Beckman, twice a week, and she provides wonderful and caring patient care with a level of compassion that surpasses any and all expectations! Thank you for your service!
