Debbie was very thorough and patient with both our labs.
The vets and staff have been so kind. They have been extremely accommodating and have gone above and beyond to help my pets. Both in an emergency and end of life situation I felt the compassion and empathy from all I had the privilege of meeting. I felt that they treated my family and I like a friend. We were given options to do what was best for our family. I hope at some point to be able to come in for a simple wellness visit. Macie was hit by a car late one evening. The on call vet (Dr. Mersch) met us at the clinic and provided a rapid assessment and intervention before we had to transport my dog to Anchorage for a couple days. I live in South Dakota and had to drive back home. They were able to complete a health certificate for me as well as walk me through everything I would need at the border. All staff were compassionate and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby during the hardest time of my life.
