Gina helped me out promptly and professionally with a repair to an upholstered chair. She and her staff were easy and professional to deal with. Would certainly use for furniture & upholstery work again.
My chair turned out great but they had horrible customer service follow through afterwards. Gina told me that she would get back to me and never did and when I followed up, I could never reach her, only Cassandra. It is a shame that I was treated that way especially when I was referred to them. In this day and age, excellent customer service should be second nature. I would not recommend their services since I wouldn't want them to treat anyone else the same way I was treated.
