Happy Wife! After years of renting a carpet cleaner and struggling with DIY, I called Twin City Tile and Grout Cleaning to inquire about cleaning our den carpet. I was enlightened to find out no soap or chemicals are used. The "Boys" called it empowered water. Heated to a high temperature, and delivered from a specialized vehicle, our carpet looked like new! My wife was so impressed with Jim and his staff, she asked to have our stairway carpet cleaned as well. Would we recommend TCT&GC? Most willingly!!
