Positive, informative experience
What set me back a bit was how Adam Robinson was clearly dismissive of my condition and symptoms. I was having a good day- one of about 5 in the past year- so my mobility was better. However I explained that and that my pain was consistent. I was previously diagnosed with a serious degeneration issue in my back. Mr. Robinson reviewed one of the images and said I did not have the condition. He didn't know how someone had said I did.
