I highly recommend Twin Cities Resurfacing. I have a cedar deck that originally had a semi-transparent water based stain. I refinished it a few times with the same product but was never happy with the long term results. I was definitely ready to strip the deck but did not want to do it myself so I contacted Twin Cities Resurfacing. Sean and his crew were great. They were much more reasonably priced than the competition and did a super job on a pretty tricky deck. They were flexible about meeting our own timeline.
