I highly recommend Twin Cities Resurfacing. I have a cedar deck that originally had a semi-transparent water based stain. I refinished it a few times with the same product but was never happy with the long term results. Sean and his crew were great. They were much more reasonably priced than the competition and did a super job on a pretty tricky deck. They were flexible about meeting our own timeline.
