We purchased a beautiful pool table that Herman had listed from his store but on Facebook Marketplace. I had to view the pool table at another location because he said he didn’t have room at the store. The transaction and delivery went smooth. When the pool table arrived for install there was a hole in the felt that wasn’t there before. Good selection of pool tables, and install only a few days later. Great experience all together.
They were supposed to come Friday and never showed, never called. We ended up calling them Saturday since they did not contact us (btw when we called on Friday just went to voicemail and the mailbox was full). We finally reached someone Saturday and apparently both people were sick, again never told us. Then they said they would be here Monday and the guy showed up with attitude. He needed to put dirt somewhere and was directed where to go and was told to be carful for the newly planted bushes but still dumbed dirt on it. Wa... read more
