Rude and disrespectful. Had to spell out surname so many time owner got the shits and hung up rang back and told me I was to much of a hassle because I have 2 surnames I told him to look up our address instead so he would know what I was talking about with our pool. But nope he hung up again. Just rude and obnoxious. Pitty because they have good prices on service and every thing else

The boys were great. I wanted some anti foam for my spa. The boys hunted out the back till they found some. Great service.

Over 30 years of support for this business and Ripped of for the last Time!! Purchased replacement filter cartridge for Spa, and in TRUST paid $185.00. Thought seamed expensive so researched on web and most expensive was $125.00 for same Magnum NZ made filter. Rang Garry and ask to check price for possible mistake. He was to ring back but never did , so I called in and was told a bunch of lies (since confirmed) to justify his over pricing. "SO LONG GARRY" -

Poor customer services, just find thier communication quite abrupt and were told to put 2kg of stabiliser instead of buffer only to be told we had far too much stabiliser and had to drain nearly half our water after putting new chemicals in by another friendlier shop. We where then told by them we would not have told you that! Produced the test receipt with 'stabiliser' written on it. NO apology just said oh would have meant buffer... Opps!
