Naomi has been amazing to work with with - we're grateful for her. My kids look forward to going to their sessions, and the sessions are extremely beneficial to them. Booking appointments and payments are a little clunky without a smooth booking system or invoice system in place, but Naomi and Shawn are easy to work with directly for scheduling, payment questions, etc.

Took my daughter, and Shawn was useless. She was dealing with anxieties, and was not ready to sleep at night, or let me turn off lights. He met her a couple times, and decided to reduce frequency because she was "Fine". For the following meetings, he had same talk to give after each visit, as if it was a pre recorded. No new observations, no new suggestions to help her. He would ask me for my observations before the meeting, but whatever I said went like a water over a rock. Absolute waste of time and money.
