Proceed with caution. We had an ok experience until a different NP was assigned to my father's building. With her, we were ignored. Requests to be seen were pushed off until "next week", and then the next week, there was another excuse. Turns out I had to take my aging parent with dementia to an outside provider just to have a simple procedure done (after waiting for 5 weeks withTCP and not being seen). I really wouldn’t give a star to the physician/NP that took care of my mom and the person I talked to on the phone (Chris I believe, whom was very abrasive and rude the one time I talked to him and he never returned my calls after). MDs and NP ignored my mom and allowed her to decline and end up with worsening wounds, osteomyelitis, urosepsis, pneumonia and ultimately her death. “You’re going to either make your 79yo father drive all around town or pay $650 a month because Medicare doesn’t pause us enough to do an extremely common 2 minute INR test but first we’re going to lie to you about this for a couple weeks to not look like the bad guys.” Find a different provider.
