Went in limping and person in urgent care told me told me I had arthritis and told me to do therapy. I would never go back there. You would think someone in health care might want to give a patient some sort of relief…..not there!!!!!
We had a wonderful experience with PA Alex at Tri-Cities Orthopedics. He was incredibly kind and attentive while treating our uncle, showing genuine care and compassion throughout the entire visit. Alex took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure our uncle felt comfortable and heard. We truly appreciate the excellent care he provided, it made all the difference. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond!
