Came with high hopes. 0 wait time on the website. I was pumped as I arrived with 0 wait time and no cars in the lot. I thought I hit the jackpot, I’ll get right in and out after a long day at work and be home to spend time with my family in no time. Really pleasant staff, from front desk to doctor. Less than 5 minute wait time to get seen. I will return if injured again!
Dr. Kusilek was very thorough in explaining what we saw on the Xray and MRI. She answered every question we had.
Went in to urgent care around 7pm was the only one there I was with my son and we were in and out within 2 hours if that. And the fact that every time we go there we get the same doctor no matter if it me needed to go or my son needing to go we always get the same urgent care doctor. We also always get the right information from here and always get in fast to other doctors if needed. I will always go here or Woodbury TCO
