Came in for a bruised knee, Saw a PA. He told me to do what I had been doing RICE
Staff was very friendly and professional. However, there was no one available to assist getting me out of the vehicle. I had a skiing accident that prevented me from walking. My daughter had to get the wheelchair and provide me the support I needed to get into it. Perhaps that is standard practice or you are not staffed for it, but it would have been appreciated.
I had a pleasant experience at TCO Urgent Care.I presented my insurance information and identification and after a short wait I was seen by the PA. I was promptly taken to the X-ray room for images. The PA looked at the images and informed me that I most likely had an ankle sprain and advised me of the care I should take for this condition. I received a phone call from the PA the following day and was told that a radiologist looked at the X-rays and discovered a small fracture in my foot that showed up on one of the images. ... read more
