I have no complaints about the PT program. However my kid went to an appointment last week and they took over 500.00 out of my account instead of the 20.00 copay that was due. The receptionist assured me it would go to previous balances but could not provide me with a receipt or show where the money had gone. And she completely disregarded the fact it is fraud to take unauthorized payment. No apology no nothing! Dealing with billing has been a nightmare! I called to make an appointment the man that answered the phone was eating and chomping in background. I asked questions regarding PT and massage and referral and he was extremely short with me? I asked two questions in one and he was snippy with me trying to figure out what question to answer first. No one should have to deal with that when calling in to ask questions. Went here a while ago and was told nothing was wrong with me and was treated harshly by the provider. Was diagnosed easily elsewhere. They are judgemental and make assumptions based off of age. Go somewhere else.
I tore my rotator recently. The urgent care triage was super and an excellent feature! PA Mackenzie was compassionate and efficient in getting me started in the process. I saw Dr. Saterbak quickly. She laid out the procedure and difficulties I would encounter so I felt thoroughly informed. The surgery went quickly and very well. I have sensitivities to anesthesia so I appreciated everyone's making sure that went smoothly. Post operation I met with PA Maren who also was friendly, efficient, and sensitive.
