Highly dissatisfied. Extremely high closing costs and high interest rates. Most of what they have on their website should be considered false advertisement (Low Fixed Rates, Longer Terms, No Upfront Fees, Professional Service, Fast Approvals). They gave me a significantly higher interest rate from the one currently advertised in their website. I would have been better of with a conventional loan.
