Sketchy at best I brought 10 coins my grandfather left me after he passed away. The clerk never made eye contact with me as he belittled the quality of my coins. Finally he made an offer that was two hundred dollars less than the next lowest offer I had recieved. When I declined his offer he turned his back on me and went about his business. A classless place.

This place is the best to deal with! I got the highest price from Twin Cities Gold and Silver for my scrap gold jewelry. I went to 4 others including the "Gold Guys" and Twin Cities paid me the most. They were quite nice and helpful.

They helped me in every way. I will come back They took the time to tell me all I needed to know about getting into gold & Silver.. I checked around alot and found them to be priced great. I've been back to them 3 times now, and have made alot of money from what they have put me in to. Don't get taken by the brokers out there and go to these guys. They are a dealer and buy and sell.. Not just sell..

Much lower price paid Do yourself a favor and call one of the other dealers in town. These guys pay about 5-10% less than ANY of the other repuatble dealers in the Twin Cities. I was going to sell some 1 ounce gold american eagle coins to them - I called first to get a quote and they offered me $25.00 under spot price. I took them to another coin shop and was paid $10.00 over spot price. Granted, $35.00 is not a ton of money when gold is nearly $1200 and ounce...but the fact remains that you WILL get less for your gold by goi... read more

Terrible Service I went to this store to get $ for gold (over $1,000 worth given to me by The Gold Guys at MOA); the guy was on the phone when I came in; stayed on the phone for 10 minutes; totally ignored me. Then when he was off the phone with his insurance company, I asked him for an estimate for my gold. He looked at me and said, "You want an estimate?" I said, "Yes." He looked at the bag and said, "Well I can give you a rough weight if you want." He took the bag in the back and said, "I will give you $600 for it." I sai... read more
