WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! About 6 weeks ago, Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning, St. Paul, MN, swept my chimney and cleaned my furnace/ducts. In the process, as I discovered on Thanksgiving Day when I started the first fire of the season, they apparently broke the flu damper mechanism. I called and talked with Lisa, and was told that the tech, Ben, would come back out the next week and look at it. He did not show, nor did he come the following week.
