This is the fifth time I've used TCF. Always very pleased. Dylan G. just completed the carpet cleaning job and removed all the stains from family pets and the in-laws.
I had TC Finest over a few days ago for a multi-room cleaning. Tlhey were on time and did a great job. A few days later a few stains lightly re-appeared. I called their office and service rep Travis got a hold of Austin the shampoo tech and within an hour Austin was here and fixed the problem areas. Both reps were friendly, professional and efficient. I will use them again and recommend them.
