Best eye care experience – This is a great eye clinic. I have had many problems with my eyes over the past 5 years and also had to move around a lot for my job. Because of this, I have been to several ophthalmologists in the past few years and Twin Cities Eye Specialists has definitely been the best. You don't have to wait a month for an appointment and you don't sit there for 2 hours before you are able to see the doctor. They are professional, efficient, and very friendly. Best place for an eye exam – Twin Cities Eye Specialists is a great eye clinic - everyone in my family goes to Dr. Eilers for their annual eye exams and we will continue to do so! Dr. Eilers is very friendly and helpful. There's never a long wait like at other doctors' offices, and he always answers all of my questions.
Wonderful Experience – I recently had LASIK surgery done at Twin Cities Eye Specialists. It's great - I can see better than ever, and I don't have to fuss with contact lenses and glasses all the time. The procedure was much quicker than I thought it would be and now I can see perfectly! Great Clinic! – I would highly recommend Twin Cities Eye Specialists. I was remodeling my kitchen and while installing a cupboard door a piece of metal flew off and hit me in my eye. I tried to rinse it out but it was still extremely painful, so I gave this clinic a call. They were very nice and worked me in on very short notice, and the doctor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic - I know I will definitely be going there for all my eye care!
Poor Customer Service – The doctor has zero appreciation for a person's time. He strolled in 20 minutes late for the first appointment of the day and does not apologize unless it is pointed out that your time is also important. The apology lacked in any tone of sincerity and he is extremeley rude. It is the most awful experience I have ever had and I would not recommned this clinic to anyone.
