We had a quote from Daniel to fix our fireplace. The cost of repair was $7800. Our insurance paid for most of it. Prior to selling and closing our home, I paid the the full amount in advance of the work being done. They provided a lien waver at closing but continued to put off the date when it was to be fixed. After trying to contact them they would not answer the phone or respond to E-mails. They still have not completed the work as of Sept 2020 nearly ten months after they were paid in full. I am completely frustrated with this company. I was thinking about possibly purchasing a new gas fireplace for my home I'm trying to sell and tried reaching out to them for a cost but never received a simple call back so I decided to visit their showroom in Burnsville, MN to only find a big empty space with nothing inside and no one there to help me after driving all the way there. If you no longer have a location for potential customers to visit please update your online information.

These people are crooks. Stole over $1000 and didn't fix our fireplace and now, surprise surprise, they don't respond to our calls. Daniel and Ashley Haugen are horrible people.

Essentially my fireplace will randomly turn off after about 10 to 15 minutes of using it. The repairman did mention that you may want to get a shield put in that helps the wind from not coming in and blowing out your pilot light. I reached out to the... read more

I took advantage of a great promo price for inspection/cleaning recently, and I'm glad I did because the crew pointed out a few major safety issues. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including my options. The inspection report I got at the end was very detailed too.
