We got a referral to Twin Cities Care from my dad's rehab social worker. They responded right away and we talked for about an hour to get information and discuss next steps. They suggested a list of care facilities that fit what he needed and arranged and accompanied us on the visits. They were incredibly kind and generous with their insights as far as his medical and financial situation and the pros and cons of each facility.
