I've had two separate extremly positive experiences with Twin Cities Automotive in the last two weeks. One related to an elderly friend who had significand inverter and rear strut issues and the other a 4x4 work ute I am borrowing from a kind neighbour that needed a major service and A/C repair. Robbie managed both issues with patience and common-sense to get the best outcome in both cases. He did his utmost to keep the charges reasonable. Fast efficient service. They found the problem immediately when my usual workshop could not find what caused the rough performance.
Great mechanics, timely, friendly, and not over priced. No waiting area or courtesy car/lift which is disappointing, hence the missing star.

Booked a vehicle in for a quote for repairs. The office person was rude and very abrupt on receipt of the quote I was charged a fee in excess of $400 which was not raised prior. Very dishonest
