Reached out to them since the insurer's repair shop did not have good reviews. Dealing with my insurance company (and their affiliated companies) was a nightmare; the staff at Twin Cities Auto Glass were the exact opposite. Every interaction (phone or email) with them was perfect - prompt responses, accurate information, and clear instructions. Special shout out and a genuine Thank You to Jessica. I had a great experience here! My technician (i wish I knew his name!) was very friendly and did a great job. Everyone I interacted with, both over the phone and in person, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I waited there while my window was being repaired, and the waiting space was great- very clean & comfy, TV, coffee station, etc. Overall a very seamless experience. I would recommend!
