Very quiet. Great landlord! Very safe!
Please don’t even think about living here. I had a family member needing a place to stay and he lived here for 6 months. All of the trailers are run down. It’s literally in a landfill. They have strict rules about no visitors, no children playing close to other trailers. No maintenance. The outside behind the trailers is disgusting and unsafe.
