The on site manger is rude and disrespectful disorganized really thinks she owns the place. whom ever does own or is manger above her really needs to tale control unless ur park will never be nothing other then place of control over people and a constant of violation of peoples civil rights.

Please don’t even think about living here. I had a family member needing a place to stay and he lived here for 6 months. All of the trailers are run down. It’s literally in a landfill. They have strict rules about no visitors, no children playing close to other trailers. No maintenance. The outside behind the trailers is disgusting and unsafe.
