This was our first experience building a house, and Darryl and Ivy made the process so much easier than I thought it would be going in to it. They were even gracious enough to come inspect the land we were looking at buying before we were contracted with them to answer questions for us. They told us from the start that while they want to build us exactly what we wanted, they valued fostering relationships even more, and I feel that we got just that on top of a beautiful home.
We worked with Twin Cedars last year to add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom onto our house and what a pleasant experience we had! My wife is already planning out the next project! They sat down with us a few times to make sure we were happy with the plan and make sure everything was within our budget. Once the work started everything happened so fast!
