The owner went above and beyond to help me diagnose my smart car (I couldn’t drive it to his shop, so he came to my home). Thankful for living close to his shop, and for him going out of this way to give me the helping hand needed to get my car fixed. I would highly recommend this shop.

Couldn’t have had better service!! I showed up right before the long weekend with concerns about breaks/transmission in the middle of a cross country road trip with three kids, they got us in right away and got us road ready by the end of the day… we couldn’t have asked for more courteous and timely service from these lovely people. They also gave us a very detailed account of what work needed to be done and why, which gave me peace of mind to start the trip home. Thanks again for everything Tanis!!

Scott, Nate, and Tanis were all lovely today when my car died just by their shop. Couldn't have picked a better spot to break down. Reasonable prices, fed me timbits and I got a doggy snuggle with Katie the cute shop pooch! They give me options for pricing and help me our everyway they possibly can. 10 stars.

Tanis does an excellent job as the initial contact person for Twin Cedars Automotive. She has great people skills, an in-depth knowledge of automotive issues and is very courteous and friendly to everyone. The mechanics and technicians are hard-working and very skilled at what they do respectively. They can “download” complicated issues and problems they have diagnosed in language and terminology that the average person can understand.
