6AM in the morning and these people do not care! They start an entire building crew with nail guns and hammers waking up my entire house. No other company is this disrespectful
I purchased my house before it was completed. This allowed for some adjustments that I needed and/or preferred. I appreciate that Jeremy and his crew were willing to work with me. The process was pretty transparent. The house is beautiful and very well built. I very much like the design and interior choices that were made. I could tell that a lot of thought was put into it. Jose has been great with assisting me even after closing a few months back to be sure everything is running smoothly. I always know I can reach out being states away and he takes care of what I need making life easier!
Twin Capital Homes has some of the most amazing people working for them. They make you feel like valued. They built my beautiful house for me. They where there for any concerns and questions I had. I will be referring everyone to them. They are the best.
If I could post zero stars, I would. An agreement was signed for several things to be done prior to closing. Those things have still not been done. My Realtor, her Broker, and myself tried for months to get Jeremy Orton to abide by his LEGALLY signed and binding documents. He does not care. He hired subcontractors who did not know what they were doing or didn't care. I've had to hire people to finish the building of my house since Twin Capitol Homes did not finish my home.
