Get directionsUsed to be Julie’s Cafe and was the best breakfast in town. Now the food sucks and my steak is always grey and never has seasoning. Multiple occurrences of flies infesting the dining area landing all over food. The icing on the cake? I found a small chunk of glass amongst the ice in my drink. Imagine my surprise to crushing glass in my teeth and spitting out shards into my mason jar glass. This place is awful since they sold.
The owner is the cook. Horrible horrible food! The BLT bacon was basically raw & fries were so pale. I got a skillet it was so oily and all the meat and onion was not cooked. Even the hash browns were all mush. Tried to cook it again the next morning. It was so oily and its not butter. The only thing that was decent was the waitress. She doesn’t deserve the negativity regarding the owner and management. Plus you couldn’t use any card only cash!

Overall a very disappointing experience. It did not seem like there was anyone managing the restaurant - they were out of many things (dry vermouth, the filet minion for their signature dish, bowls and spoons for the soup at the salad bar). The bar tender made a Manhattan with expired sweet vermouth, she came and took the drink to remake it after my husband took a sip.
