In 2023, I contracted Twin Bros. to install a stamped concrete patio for which I paid approximately $13,000. Within the first winter, I noticed significant flaking, surface deterioration, and sealant failure. The company acknowledged the issue and returned to do a basic touch-up, which did not hold up through the next winter. The lack of respect and civility this company shows people is astounding. You guys must be cheap to hire people who fight with disabled people after they block that person's driveway. I didn't know I should call you guys to ask for literally 1 safe entrance into my home every 200 feet. Your head guy telling my wife off after she told him she got injured by your wires is just peak customer service.
