most disrespectful reception staff I’ve ever come across. I showed up to my appointment for my test results, waited 45 minutes, only to be told to come back tomorrow because the doctor isn’t even there. They lack proper communication and have no empathy for others. Absolutely absurd and a disgusting representation of health care.
