The clinic and staff are quite good as long as your condition doesn’t involve chronic pain or require pain management. They refuse to treat pain and you will be treated like an addict whether or not you actually have addiction issues. I am 48 and Amy NP would rather discuss MAID with me over pain management. Reception never answers the phone, NP Erica is difficult to deal with.
I was a patient for 12ish years and barely went for the first 8-10 of those. The last couple years I've been having some issues and while my NPs that I saw were nice, I just felt like the organization and overall communication of things was not handled that great. As women led clinic you would think it would feel more supportive but instead I was made to feel like it was all in my head.
