I was a patient for 12ish years and barely went for the first 8-10 of those. The last couple years I've been having some issues and while my NPs that I saw were nice, I just felt like the organization and overall communication of things was not handled that great. As women led clinic you would think it would feel more supportive but instead I was made to feel like it was all in my head. My NP that I see is awesome but the one receptionist (i think her name is Charlene or something) is incredibly rude every time I call and is very unhelpful. It makes me want to switch to another doctor's office as I dread calling. Someone should speak with her about her tone with patients.
I always have the best care and follow ups with Lana Cook. Very happy to be in her care. Thank you for always being so kind and supportive.
Just switched to this office as a patient and I am very pleased I did. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.
