Worst place to receive care, which is sad because I used to love being a patient here. Its hard to get an appointment even though they tell you they do same and next day appointments for urgent issues. I have been spoken to pretty rudely since I have been pregnant by receptionist Charlene. The clinic and staff are quite good as long as your condition doesn’t involve chronic pain or require pain management. They refuse to treat pain and you will be treated like an addict whether or not you actually have addiction issues. I am 48 and Amy NP would rather discuss MAID with me over pain management. My family didn’t appreciate that one single bit. Literally encouraging MAID instead of providing controlled pain management. This is how people end up going to the streets or committing suicide.
