This saddens me, I had worked with Dave for many years and things were wonderful, I sent dozens of referrals his way and we had a great working relationship, my review sat at a glowing 5 for many years. I love the prices and coverages, but the communication is atrocious. My insurance got cancelled due to some documents regarding security installation, which I absolutely did. I didn’t even know about it for a year almost. No communications. I’ll attach a screenshot. Even after all that, I’ve been reaching out again to insure my 2 houses and 2 cars…and I don’t even get a response.
