It was a very positive experience. All staff were kind and walked the kids through each step as they were doing it.
This was my first visit with them and I was very pleased! They explained everything they were doing. They were very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. I went in for a wisdom teeth consulation and they explained everything and gave me referrals (since my case is a little more complex). I was able to get a cleaning as well. And I really appreciated not being scolded for not flossing (which has happened before). Everyone i spoke to was polite and kind. Would definitely recommend!
I was at this office for a little over a year and was HIGHLY disappointed with the people who run this office. The staff constantly changed hands. When I spoke up about my needs, I was gaslit & talked about behind my back. Even when I went to get work done at the office, I was told I was being "extra" and when I asked the doctors to be the only ones doing work, they refused and said that's how this office runs. As a first time patient at Twin Branch Dental, I had a pleasant experience! I made my easily appointment online and could be seen as soon as that day! They were able to tell me what my out of pocket cost would be right up front. I had x-rays and talked with the dentist, who was patient, kind, and knowledgeable! I wasn't able to have my cleaning that day, but was offered an appointment for the next day for a cleaning and SDF treatment.
