In late December 2020 I fell on snow/ice and broke my wrist. So recently I received Occupational Therapy (OT) at Twin Boro in Red Bank, for several weeks. My experience of treatments was very positive. I found Ms Lacey Silvano (OT) and her support staff to be highly professional, courteous and totally dedicated towards Patient Care. Â
Excellent care and very professional staff. Every person here genuinely cares about the patient and so friendly. Improvements were consistent and Lukas tailored exercises as needed Definitely recommend and will come back for any other PT needs!Â
Twinboro Physical Therapy in Red Bank is an excellent facility. I have been a patient several times for different issues. I recently completed OT with hand therapist, Lacey Silvano, and am so pleased with the out come of my therapy. I am currently being treated for a shoulder problem the Anthony Mayers and I am happy with my progress. The therapists are knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Could not be more pleased with Twin Boro Red Bank. Had several problems after hand surgeries. Drove by the location, called, and did several months of therapy. The location is convenient, spacious, and very clean. The entire staff is pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful . My therapist, Lacey Silvano, is highly qualified, caring, and terrific, does a great job.. Her assistants, Lexi and Terry are great, also. I highly recommend this location and these people, will use them again next time.Â

This office has a ridiculous policy that they do not reach out to insurance companies BEFORE you run out of available visits, they wait until you fully run out and then get an extension. WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE TO STOP TREATMENT WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST (Post-Op) BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR APPROVAL FROM INSURANCE. FUCKING RIDICUOUS.Â
