Dr. Arav Shah is definitely the best PT I’ve ever worked with. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and effective at identifying and solving the root cause of pain and inability. I came to him for my ACLR treatment I can feel the difference after every session!

Twin Boro's Martinsville is the best PT place I've been to. Starting with Elizabeth who helps you deal with your crazy insurance issues, each member of the staff is professional and attentive. I was fortunate to have Arav as my physical therapist. He is kind, extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I always left my physical therapy session feeling better than when I went in. I highly recommend them!
I selected twin boro because of the excellent reviews. However during my first appointment I was told that they were short staffed and had very little availability for subsequent appointments. I have been able to schedule 3 appointments in a 3 week period and have had a different therapist every appointment, which should be fine but the therapy notes have not been accurate, which is not surprising since the therapists are not given time for notes, so I have needed to correct the providers.
