This office has a ridiculous policy that they do not reach out to insurance companies BEFORE you run out of available visits, they wait until you fully run out and then get an extension. WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE TO STOP TREATMENT WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST (Post-Op) BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR APPROVAL FROM INSURANCE. FUCKING RIDICUOUS.
