In 2017, I suffered a severe injury to my shoulder that necessitated surgery and physical therapy. Twinboro's South Brunswick office was recommended to me and I decided to give them a try. I have never regretted that decision. All the staff: physical therapists, therapy assistants and the office staff are GREAT. They are professional, personable, involved, friendly and above all, genuinely care for their patients. Krisha was excellent. Helped return to almost 100% normalcy. Very responsive. I wish the front office could be better and as the calls sometimes weren’t returned. The hot towels for Stem pretty much didn’t work in spite of Keisha’s effort for the corporate to fix it in time. Krisha is very patient focused and accommodative. She never fails to provide the best service for her patients to return to normalcy.
Everyone is very nice, Krystina & Devon are both great, work hard to get me back to feeling better, my therapy is intense and a slow process but they care about their patients and show compassion and are attentive to each persons needs.
