2nd time going to this barber shop, once when they first opened and I sat for almost an hour and with no acknowledgement until I got up to leave. 2nd time I go I make an appointment for 5pm get there 10 mins early (lady has a chair open) the lady I set an appointment with said she had me so I waited and waited and waited, then 15 mins after 5pm, again with no heads up that they were running behind or any respect for their customers schedules, I got up and walked out because I needed to get back to work.
