Worst place ever to take your vehicle. DO NOT use them. Had a vehicle fixed there paid $1300 dollars to find out they didn¿t do what they charged us for. Tried to go back to them to make it right and they refused to admit they had done anything wrong and wanted to charge to fix it again. Now having another mechanic fix it and documenting and taking pics for an attorney to try to get our money back. Horrible you cannot trust these people. Looking for a shop with dealership trained & certified mechanics? I found it in Springdale, Arkansas. Twin offered me faster service at half the price of the dealership. My diesel rigs will now all go to them.
This shop is awsome. I have had my vehicle to 9 shops in NWArkansas and got very mixed reviews of what was wrong with my car. Twin Automotive found my problem. John is amazing to work with at Twin Auto. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone that needs car repairs.
