Better than new, just as advertised. With real wood, not partical board on my slide out floor, and water and air permeable underlay. All at a fraction (literally 20%) of what Champing World was going to charge me for something they could/should have prevented in the first place. Much friendlier people to work with, also. Worked very well getting camper repaired to go on a scheduled camping trip.
Bought a norcold refrigerator in September of 2022 for my Damon motorhome. From Twin Anchors rv sales and service in Colo Iowa. Used it one camping trip. It’s dead. Supposed to have a 2 year warranty. They won’t fix it or replace.
