Even I know to measure twice and cut once. Well they didn't even measure once. The "assumed" (their word) that my closet was standard depth and cut into a wood paneling wall and into the closet. They couldn't fix because of the wood paneling so they just left it creating a bump-out of unuseable space. They refused to sheetrock and spackle it so do anything to correct their error. I've been using Twin Air for over 12 years. They offer the best price on installations. Just had them replace my old Central Air system with a new Rheem system. They arrived early and completed the installation in approximately 3 hours. Great professional team.

We have had 4 Fujitsu ductless air conditioners installed by Twin Air in our home, first in 2014 and recently replaced 2 of the oldest units. Twin Air is meticulous in their work inside and outside of your home and they are knowledgeable and courteous. Their maintenance and service are done in a timely manner even when it’s an emergency, they do their best to get to your home for service or repair.
