He was very nice and easy to communicate with. He was quick to return my call and came to my house right away. He explained everything in great detail so I could understand. He replaced the contactor, clean the coils and recommended yearly maintenance. We’ve worked with him several times and have always been extremely satisfied. Fair pricing, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service from the start to finish. We definitely recommend him to any of our friends and family.
Very thorough, even though it was a few things and could have left at that, the service tech was wandering why the issue happened to our system. And that speaks volumes for the person as a tech and the company. Such pride and work should be emulated in all tech service jobs.
