I cannot recommend Dr. Hipp/Twilight enough!! I had to say an extremely sad goodbye to my kitty, Oscar, after 19 wonderful years. He was tired and there was nothing left that I could do but to let him rest. Dr. Hipp made this process so peaceful for me, whispering me through the process. My boyfriend recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to his best friend of 12 years. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible level of care, compassion, and patience provided by Dr. Hipps throughout the process. My sweet love was 14 and crossed the rainbow bridge with help from Dr. Hipp. She made the most painful decision very peaceful and comforting. She sent a link to do payment ahead of time so that was covered and was punctual and explained each step of the process. I felt like I got to focus all my attention on Marlin and she handled him with such compassion and care.
I highly recommend Dr. Hipp, she came out to assist us with our dog Maggie passing and was so kind and wonderful.
A very supportive experience. I'm glad ee got to say goodbye to our pups at home. I would both recommend and use them again to anyone that has to go through the tough goodbye.
