Like some of the other reviewers, I've tried many different kombuchas from many brands, and when I first tried Twilight at a local festival, I immediately thought it's the best kombucha that I've had. Recently got a chance to go to their taproom, and met Maria. She was super nice, explained about each flavor and let us try each one. Walked out with a couple growlers, and still feel it's the best kombucha I've ever had. Will definitely be going back regularly.
Twilight Kombucha is truly a hidden gem in Morrisville. Their flavor selection is outstanding—lavender, strawberry, and Beach Bum were absolute standouts. All of their kombucha is non‑alcoholic, refreshing, and crafted with care. The location can be a little tricky to spot since signage is minimal, and I initially missed the turn by the train tracks. Stopped by to try out the many unique flavors and buy some for the house. Really appreciated my conversation with the owner Sean- who guided me on attempting to brew my own kombucha and even giving me a starter to start my journey. Thanks!
I'm lucky to have Twilight Kombucha very close to my office. I have the pleasure of walking by the shop most days and getting to smell what's brewing. I have enjoyed every flavor, but LOVE Hoppy Days. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors. Shawn really knows his kombucha and the team there does as well. Every time I've been in to refill on Kombucha it's been a pleasure. My kids love it there too. Highly recommend you stop by or grab some from a farmers market or one of the establishments carrying their cans.
