It’s unfortunate. I had a client who bought a house that Twilight built in 2022. Never lived in. The range vent was out and we asked them to repair it and asked them to provide receipts. But they said they couldn’t because they buy in bulk but said they would repair it. They confirmed they repaired it. But because my clients closed on the house without getting a reinspection. I had recently tried to buy a home with twilight. I had to put $2500 down. I’m a disabled veteran and I felt pressured by their financial person to be dishonest with how much I made and how much was going out at the end of the day, I decided that this wasn’t the best option for me and wished to back out. I asked for my earnest money back and was met with nothing but Rudeness and hostility from the salesperson Connie. All the way up through management. Been in my house a little over 2 years and taken a bath on the second floor this morning to hear screams from downstairs that water is coming out of the Electrical light on the ceiling on the 1st floor dripping all over-the-counter tops in the kitchen!! Was told that problem from twlight is not under any type of Warranty this should not be happening to a house that is less then 3 years old!!!
