Received a beautiful surprise; gorgeous flowers, long lasting with a wonderful fragrance. Though company van experienced mechanical issues, Dawn (owner) made the delivery herself. Will recommend THE FLOWER COTTAGE to others.
If i could give zero stars i would. I was pleased to receive the gift initially. However, two days following delivery, the flowers are already showing signs of decline, suggesting they may have been past their prime or improperly cared for. This is disappointing. I also send it the pics at fb since I cannot posted here, they say my msg , and no one even said anything, they just ignored.
A lovely flower filled vase with beautiful multi colored flowers was delivered by a lovely and friendly woman.

I had used this company through FTD to deliver flowers for mothers day. They said it got delivered. My Mother did not get it until 3 days later. I not only blame FTD but I also blame this business as well. They told FTD that it was delivered and yet nothing was there until 3 days after. Please don't depend on this business. Incompetence is there main selling point. Not only was it late, but the arrangement was pathetic.
