This is an all-around lovely store for every season. The clothing is stylish, incredible quality and high-end. The handbags and jewelry are beautiful and fashionable. It's also first-choice for finding the perfect gift. Locally-owned is the best part.
My daughter and I have been a loyal customers for years, but we will never step foot in this store again. I purchased a pair of sweatpants from this store. I had them for roughly one month, worn a handful of times and they developed two holes. The worker not only refused to do anything about it, she was rude about it too. They don’t stand behind their products. From now on I will purchase items from the designers website directly, never at Twigs again!!
I was really impressed with the collection of different brands this store has to offer. I have lived all over the country including the east/west coast and I haven't been able to find my favorite brands anywhere except Twigs. All the ladies are extremely knowledgable and helpful when it comes to sizing and styling. Go to Twigs if you want a great experience and a smiling face.
I have happily shopped there for years and I will never be back. They had an older woman employee who decided I wasn't worth even a hello. Of course this was after she gave me a blatant look from head to toe. Clearly I wasn't gussied up to her standards. They have great pieces but I can buy them elsewhere.
I live in the area and frequent Hilldale. I do not like to shop nor do I like to travel outside my comfort zone. I would love to run down to this store and purchase a few outfits and head home. Unfortunately the few times I have gone in the staff have been less than welcoming. This sounds like a stereotypical situation where the less than well dressed woman comes in and wants a few outfits and is snubbed by the staff but nope it happened- a few times.
