Blue Twigs and Petals van just flew down Sprague at >50mph, entered the center turn lane with no signal, drove at least 1000 feet in the two way left turn lane then signalled right and cut across 3 lanes to make a right turn at Evergreen. It created an extremely dangerous situation for someone turning left onto Sprague. WA license plate CMG6021.

What an awesome lady! She is a true artist with a heart:) I told her I had a small budget and wanted to brighten my daughter's birthday as she was feeling down and she made it her mission to brighten my daughter day as well. I'm very grateful and the arrangement was unique and as my daughter said EXOTIC.
