After being a twiddy customer since 2007 I won’t use them again. Their loyalty to their customers doesn’t extend the same to you. They rented a home to us this past week that had broken furniture, dirty house, moldy hot tub, broken fridge and no working tv in the theater room or main living room. Not to mention nicer looking photos on their website than reality. Once we found the toilet leaking on our feet we insisted they move us because we were leaving either way. We were blown away by the cleanliness and functionality of this beautiful home , I would definitely book this house again if I went back to OBX. My one and only minor complaint is the hot tub didn’t get serviced while we were there and it was dirty.
Twiddy makes going on vacation a breeze. We stayed at sunrisesunset this year and the house was great! All thirteen of us enjoyed the house as did the 2 dogs. We are going a little later in the year next year so we can use the pool, so not sure if we will stay at the same place but if it's available we probably will! Sunrisesunset is oceanfront and has views of the sound as well!
