Twice Threaded is my golden standard for thrifting. Whenever I travel I try to find stores like them but other curated consignment stores never live up to TT. Their selection is always top tier and they section their store into different styles (streetwear, western, grunge etc) so you don't have to do a ton of digging. They make it really easy to be a conscientious consumer.
I had a very disappointing experience selling at Twice Threaded in Long Beach. I arrived around 4:30 PM with a large selection of clothing and shoes, including several brand-new, unused items from sought-after brands such as Jordan, Fear of God, and Tom Ford. Everything was current, in-season, and on trend. When I arrived, I was told that the buyer, Saul, was on his lunch break and would be back in about 20 minutes.
